Silla Mexico Website Service Terms and Conditions 

[Chapter 1: General Provisions]
  
Article 1 [Purpose)

Article 4 (Definition of terms)

Article 5 (Establishment of Use Contract)

Article 8 (Approval of application for use)

Article 9 (Change of Agreement)

[Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties]
  
Article 10 (Obligations of the Principal)

Article 11 (Obligation of member)

[Chapter 4 Service use]


Article 12 (Member's obligation to manage your ID and password)

Article 23 (Court of competent jurisdiction)

If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising out of the use of the service, the Gwanhalbeob court shall be the exclusive member of the Shilla Mexico.

These terms and conditions shall be enforced from January 25, 2017.
